Abigail Bogle is a narrative film director, writer/poet and cinematographer who endeavors to create stories that provoke lasting emotional responses from her audience. Her focus is on creating dramatical pieces that center on social issues while often incorporating poetic and surrealist elements into her work. 

 

Her most recent work, Covid Support Group, has been nominated for several awards at various festivals and recently won the Gold Award for Indie Short Film and the Audience Choice Award for the Katra Film Series. Abigail’s extensive background as a photographer has only enhanced her visual storytelling style as a director. In addition to this, Abigail also works with a non-profit to teach young students filmmaking. She believes that empowering young people with the skills to make films will help encourage them to share their unique stories in the future.
